Precast Concrete
In precast production, cycle time is money. We supply PCE grades that develop early strength quickly under steam curing so moulds turn around faster, without compromising surface finish.
Precast economics are driven by how many times a mould can be reused in a day. That makes early strength development the decisive property, and it puts pressure on the admixture to deliver water reduction without retarding set.
Our high-early-strength grades are formulated to accelerate strength gain under steam and autoclave curing while keeping the mix cohesive enough for a clean demoulded surface. Low water-cement ratio is achievable without the mix becoming harsh.
For segment casting, PHC piles, precast beams and pipe production, we can match a grade to your curing regime — including the temperature curve you actually run, not an idealized one.
What We Focus On
Fast early strength for steam curing
Grades developed for accelerated curing regimes, supporting shorter demoulding cycles.
Cycle time you can plan around
Predictable strength gain lets you set a demoulding schedule instead of testing every batch.
Surface finish quality
Low bleeding and good cohesion produce a clean, uniform surface straight out of the mould.
Low water-cement ratio without harshness
High water reduction while maintaining workability, avoiding the harsh mixes that cause honeycombing.
Questions From Precast Concrete Producers
Yes. We supply grades developed specifically for steam and autoclave curing regimes, including high-early-strength types suitable for segment, PHC pile and precast beam production.
Not at the recommended dosage. Surface defects in precast usually trace back to bleeding or to inadequate vibration. Our precast grades are formulated with low bleeding tendency; if you are seeing defects, share your mix design and curing curve and we will advise.
