These terms govern your use of the PCE Additive website and, where applicable, the supply of products by us to you. By using this website you accept these terms.

1. Website content

The content on this website is provided for general information. Product specifications, typical values, recommended dosages and application guidance are indicative and provided in good faith, but they are not a warranty of performance in your specific application.

Concrete and mortar performance depends on materials we do not control, including your cement, aggregate, admixtures, mixing equipment, placement method and curing conditions. Final suitability for a particular application rests with you, and we recommend verifying performance with a sample before bulk purchase.

2. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing. Prices are exclusive of taxes and duties unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Samples

Samples are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes, with the buyer covering international courier costs. Sample charges, where applicable, are deducted from the first commercial order. Samples are supplied for testing only and may not be resold.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery terms are as agreed in the order confirmation — typically FOB, CIF or DDP as defined by Incoterms. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Lead times are given in good faith but are estimates and not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance against copy of bill of lading, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. We reserve the right to require alternative terms for first orders.

6. Product warranty

We warrant that our products conform to the specification stated in the relevant technical data sheet and certificate of analysis at the time of shipment. Our liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming product or refund of the purchase price for that product, at our option.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of production or damage arising from the use of our products in formulations we have not reviewed.

7. Claims

Any claim regarding product quality must be notified to us within 30 days of delivery, quoting the batch number from the certificate of analysis. We retain a sealed sample of every batch and will re-test it in the event of a claim.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and product documentation, is the property of PCE Additive and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.

For OEM and ODM orders, ownership of custom formulations and tooling is as specified in the relevant agreement.

9. Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable and permitted for use in their jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable import, safety and environmental regulations.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be referred to the competent court at our place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
