Quality & Certifications
Batch consistency is not a marketing claim, it is a manufacturing discipline. Here is exactly how we control it, and what documentation you receive with every order.
What We Hold
Ask for the certificates. Every claim below comes with a document we can send you.

What We Test on Every Batch
Batch consistency is not a marketing claim. It is the result of testing every batch against the same parameters and refusing to release anything outside tolerance.
| Parameter | Method | Tolerance |
|---|---|---|
| Solid content | Drying method | ± 1% of nominal |
| pH value | pH meter, 20°C | Within specified range |
| Density | Density meter, 20°C | ± 0.02 g/cm³ |
| Molecular weight | GPC | Within batch specification |
| Water reduction | Mortar flow test | ≥ specification minimum |
| Appearance | Visual | No phase separation, no sediment |
Tolerance values are indicative — replace with your actual internal control limits.
Documentation With Every Order
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Batch-specific test results for the parameters above, issued before shipment leaves the plant.
Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
Specification, recommended dosage range, application guidance and storage recommendations.
Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
Full safety documentation for handling, storage and transport, in the format your customs authority expects.
Third-party reports on request
SGS or BV testing arranged for customers who require independent verification, at additional cost.
Retention Sampling
We retain a sealed sample from every production batch. If you report a performance issue months after delivery, we can retrieve the retained sample and re-test it against the specification — which usually resolves the question of whether the problem originated with the product or with a change in your materials.
If Something Goes Wrong
We would rather hear about a problem than not. If a batch does not perform as expected, contact us with the batch number from the COA and a description of what you observed. We will re-test the retained sample and, where the product is at fault, replace it. Where the cause lies elsewhere — a change in cement delivery, aggregate source or site temperature — we will tell you that too, and help you correct it.
Need our certificates or test reports?
Tell us which product and which market you are shipping to. We will send the relevant certificates, TDS and MSDS, and confirm whether REACH documentation is required.
