Self-Leveling & Grout

Self-leveling systems need flow at very low water content, and they need it without bleeding. Our grades deliver high flowability with the stability that keeps a leveling compound uniform.

A self-leveling compound has to do two contradictory things at once: flow far enough to find its own level, and stay cohesive enough not to separate. Water is the easy answer and the wrong one — extra water gives flow on the day and a weak, dusty, cracked surface a month later.

Our self-leveling grades deliver flow through dispersion rather than through added water. Combined with low bleeding behaviour, the result is a compound that levels cleanly and hardens to a uniform surface.

The same applies to non-shrink and precision grout, where segregation shows up as inconsistent strength and poor load transfer.

What We Focus On

High flow at low water content

Achieve spread without the strength penalty of adding water.

Low bleeding, no segregation

The mix stays uniform from pour to set, giving consistent hardened properties.

Clean surface finish

No water sheen, no laitance, no weak surface layer to grind off.

Suitable for non-shrink grout

Stable behaviour in precision grouting where uniformity is critical to load transfer.

Questions From Self-Leveling & Grout Producers

Yes — surface bleeding usually indicates over-watering or a dispersant with poor cohesion. Send us your formulation and we will recommend a grade and dosage combination that delivers the same flow with lower bleeding tendency.

Powder, for dry-mix production lines. It redisperses in the mixing water and adds no carrier water to the formulation.
