Our MOQ is 1 tonne for liquid PCE mother liquor and 500 kg for PCE powder. For trial orders we can arrange 25 kg packs so you can run your own laboratory tests before committing to a bulk purchase. Macromonomer trials start at 25 kg.
Yes. We provide free samples of 1 kg (liquid) or 500 g (powder) for qualified buyers. You cover only the international courier cost, which is fully deducted from your first commercial order. Samples ship within 3–5 working days.
Samples ship in 3–5 working days. Full container orders ship 7–15 working days after receipt of deposit, depending on product and quantity. We will give you the realistic date rather than the date you would prefer to hear.
For trial orders: 100% T/T in advance. For regular orders: 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance against B/L copy, or an irrevocable L/C at sight. Longer credit terms become available once we have a trading history together.
Yes, both. OEM means we supply under your own brand with your labels and packaging. ODM means our R&D team develops a formulation matched to your local cement, aggregate and climate. Tell us your target specification and annual volume.
Yes, and it is included at no extra cost. Support is available by email, WhatsApp or video call. For customers taking bulk volumes we can send a technical engineer to your plant to assist with trial production and dosage optimization.
Our production facility holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certification. Products can be supplied with third-party test reports from SGS or BV on request, and we provide REACH documentation for shipments into the EU.
The right grade depends on your cement type, target water-cement ratio, required slump retention time and curing method. Send us your mix design and a sample of your local cement, and our technical team will recommend a grade and dosage — or develop a custom formulation if nothing in our standard range fits.
Usually yes. Send us the specification sheet or a sample of the product you currently use and we will identify the closest equivalent, or develop a match. We supply a sample for your own trial before you commit to a bulk order.
Liquid: 200 L drums, 1,000 L IBC tanks, or 20 ft flexitank for bulk. Powder: 25 kg PP/PE bags with inner liner, or 500 kg jumbo bags. Custom packaging is available for OEM orders.
We currently export to more than 60 countries across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and South America. Shipping terms are FOB, CIF or DDP depending on your preference. Tell us your destination port and we will quote the landed cost.
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis for the batch, a technical data sheet (TDS) and a safety data sheet (MSDS). Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are provided for customs clearance.
