Inside the Plant
Our production base sits in Suzhou, Jiangsu and covers [[site area in m²]] — automated polymerization reactors, spray-drying capacity, an in-house R&D laboratory and a dedicated quality-control area, all on one site.
From Monomer to Finished Product
Because we control the whole chain, a problem at any stage can be traced and corrected. That is the practical difference between buying from a manufacturer and buying from a trader.
Production Capacity
Quality Control at Every Stage
- Incoming raw material. Macromonomer and auxiliary chemicals are checked against specification before release to production.
- In-process. Reaction temperature, conversion rate and viscosity are monitored through the polymerization cycle.
- Finished batch. Solid content, pH, density, molecular weight and water reduction are tested before filling.
- Retention sample. A sealed sample from every batch is retained so we can revisit it if a customer reports an issue.
Third-Party Verification
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification. For customers who require it, we arrange third-party testing through SGS or BV, and we can supply REACH documentation for shipments into the European Union. Ask for the certificate scans — we send them without hesitation.
